Sushi is sick :(

A few days ago I realized he had a bubble on his eye, from what I have looked at it seems he has Popeye or a bacterial infection in his eye. Yesterday we went out and bought Artemis, and I hope that soon it starts looking better.

Side note: I bought two algae eaters, there babies

Well I adopted a fish who’s probably gonna die. I’m gonna do my best to treat him for the severe popeye he has in both of his eyes. I really hope he makes it. Akio has gotten sick recently. I have him in quarantine for the time being until his new filter replacements come in. All his decor are going to be boiled clean and his tank is going to be throughly sanitised. Plus his medicine will be added to his emergency bowl until I know EVERYTHING is clean and bacteria free. #sickfish #bettafish #helpisonthewaydear

Scooter update! He’s still alive, but not doing great. That hole is just not healing. We’ve started him on the 3rd round of antibiotics, so maybe 3rd round is the charm? #goScooter #sickfish (at Tucker, Georgia)

evangelicat It is a more slimy white substance and I’ll be treating for Columnaris with the  Kanaplex you suggested.  I have inverts and a scaleless fish. Do you think that the medication will be safe for them?  

About the ammonia, Even after water changes my ammonia never rises or lowers and stays a consistent 0.5. My Girlfriend amandyline uses the same test kits. And her test will read 0 so it is not a bad test kit. Any thoughts about the consistent 0.5 ammonia level?

I need your help!

My Angel fish look like they may have a fungal infection. the body lines of my fish have started to get a a white haze to them. Would post a picture but its unnoticeable in the picture. Just one of the fish have clamped fins but he was the original contractor of the said fungus, Also hes had clamped fins since we bought him. All other fish seem normal other than the hazy film. Its a 55g planted tank, I fert Excel Flourish every other day and Flourish every 4 days.

Ammonia- .5

Nitrite- 0

PH- 7.5

phosphate- 1.0
