... Slicksick-
By this same line of logic, The League Of Villians from MHA are WORSE because they, as far as i know (which extends to the Culture Festival), have never won.
The attack on UA was a complete humiliation.
The School Trip arc was rendered as a LOSS because of what happens next despite capturing Bakugo.
The Hideout made them lose their boss while All Might was gonna get depowered anyway.
They only got new members because of a guy OUTSIDE of their group (Stain)
The only time they’ve actually won was against the Meta Liberation Army guys...who are OTHER bad guys.
In fact, even outside the League of Villains, no bad guy has really succeed outside of Stain...whose a villain ONLY because of his warped mental state and doesn’t fall in line with the rest of the villains.
And before you pull that bullshit again, my point is NOT that RWBY has better writing than MHA (it doesn’t.) No, my point is that, unless you’re being a spiteful asshole which renders any point you make WORTHLESS, your line of logic would say precisely that (RWBY has better writing SOMEWHERE in regards to MHA.) And that really shows how shit that line of argument is.
You COULD talk about how the villians in RWBY lack involvement with the main characters or a true connection with them...but you don’t.
It’s also hilarious that when someone politely explains to you why you’re mistaken about the grand scheme of things (https://twitter.com/ShatteredXLV/status/1165287727090274304), you completely wrote them off and made zero arguments against them. Even though a basic understanding of writing would tell you an obvious one (that the villains need short term victories due to RWBY’s seasonal structure making the Volumes feel semi contained and isolated, thus viewers need a constant reminder of the villian’s threat or else the audience isn’t going to buy it.)
You had a chance to be an actual critic and you failed. Miserably.
