My Lamb, are you going to the sea? How exciting <3 I'm in constant awe of the sea, the way it's so vast and powerful and full of secrets <3 She's to be respected and venerated.
I'm all better today, if tired - but it's a good kind of tiredness, caused by good work with good results. My friend's diagnostic procedures and test are mostly done, and while they're not exactly very optimistic, they are far from the worst case scenario - the one I feared the most and thought about last night, sleepless and sad. The one that's going to become his reality is not good, but gives us hope for now. And one of those important projects got finished and approved! I only have two more left, and only one of them requires any real work, so today I can rest. Thank you for yesterday, my boy, your kind words helped me a lot when I needed it - HWA
i am, lover, i am!! we have a caravan in a caravan park on a clifftop, we’ve been going there since i was very little :) she really is a wonder, isn’t she? so vast, so secretive…. a mother-goddess, tempestuous and beautiful. oh, that’s such a relief to hear, heart, i had you and your dear friend on my mind all night!! yes, it’s good to hear that even if the results aren’t the best, they’re far from the worst— i know just how easy it can be to immediately fear the worst-case scenario. i hope now that the real results are known, both he and you will both be able to get some rest as you process the news. at the very least, it’s always better to know the reality of the problem at hand, because then the process of adapting can begin 💓 my sweetness, i’m so proud of you for getting those projects done, and approved!! lover, oh, i’m glad you have the day to rest, be sure to indulge yourself in all pleasures, reward yourself for coping with these past few days :) there’s no need to thank me, heart, i’m pleased beyond words knowing i could help, and knowing you and your friend are doing at least a little better than yesterday!! hope is the word, absolutely, lover— it’s a little thing, but strong, and immeasurably kind if we cling to it
