@sidereanuncia it's a thin perforated pleather which gives it a sort of snake skin look. I bought it for my Cersei cosplay as it was among the only patterned pleather fabrics I could find and it was also 70% off. I had hoped that there would be some non perforated fabric under it to hold it together but there wasn't so my biggest fear is that it will collapse under it's own weight in the final dress but we'll see

I know that feeling. Do you have a walking foot? They’re slow as hell, but that’s what I turn to when everything else is determined to kill my fabric

I loved the changeling story - changelings are probably my favourite playable race all because of shenanigans like that (I once played one for 6 months without any of the rest of the party knowing I wasn't just an unusually clumsy elf). I'm curious, though - how did your group handle the 'which one is real' issue in character if one player was playing one of the copies?

Hmm, I don’t know if I remember or ever knew all the details. Roll20 certainly helped in making things unclear.
I was the first person to mention that there were two Iorveths, so I might have been the first player to notice. The DM made it so the player could move both copies of the Iorveth figure, and if I really was first, even @wrathofthewraith couldn’t be totally sure which was the original.
He and @bloodyseagull can probably fill you in better than me. I’m sure there were secret whisperings in the chat.
