                   It was a blessing that he never needed to sleep. He never needed to eat --- drink, even. It kept him going in those days ( and nights ) when all he wanted to do was work. Drenched from the storm roaring outside, Nick threw open the door to the agency and stomped inside as he shoved the door shut behind him. Not being able to get sick was a benefit as well. He threw a folder onto the desk as he slipped behind it with his hat dripping water down onto the pages that held his chicken scratch. 3 AM or 3 PM didn’t make a difference at the moment considering he was on the verge of a breakthrough. It seemed he was always ‘on the verge of a breakthrough’. He had enough cases backed up to make that claim without any issue. A puddle was beginning to form both on his desk and on the floor below. At least he took a shower --- a radiated shower, but a shower nonetheless. Not that a synth quite needed one.

          SARAH BURIED her mother when she passed, she insisted that she be the one who laid her rest. She did it alone, and only allowed people to come to the grave once she finished. This was because of how close she and her mother were before her passing. 

          SARAH MADE sure to have her father’s funeral be a large event. It was both a celebration and a time of mourning that lasted 3 days before she took the role of elder.

 weight rolls from the heel to the balls of his feet, rocking as his arms keep folded at his back. he’s been walking around diamond city, familiarized its people, stores; it’s why making his way to the agency was a simple one ( if he miraculously overlooked the neon sign pinpointing its location ).
