#JimmyEatWorld and #PanicAtTheDisco played one of the better #Sidewaves I ever went to. With #AlkalineTrio supporting and a whole bunch of mates singing along after a few vodkas, it was a night to remember. #Soundwave2014 #SW14 #Melbourne
By #Soundwave2014, I had either worked with, or at least seen, a lot of the bands playing on the festival. It was the first year in quite a while that I didn't travel to every city in Australia. It sucked not working and travelling with the regular crew, but I got to relax a bit more, spend a lot more time in #Melbourne and really take in the experience of working on Soundwave. #GreenDay were the main band I was looking forward to seeing. #Nimrod was the first album I ever bought with my own money and it was crazy to think I would be working on a festival they were headlining. After they had finished their set in Melbourne, I was walking behind the stage to grab my gear from the Artist Signing Tent and very nearly walked in to #BillieJoeArmstrong as he was rushing to a van. Knocking him over would have gone down well, I'm sure. As always, there were a bunch of bands I was keen on seeing and tried to go to as many #Sidewaves and experience as much as possible. I knew my time working on Soundwave was coming to an end, I just didn't have the drive to put my body through it any more, so I made sure I absorbed as much as I could while I had the chance. #SW14
so these are my photos from all time low last week. it was 100% the best concert i have ever been to. my photos are pretty blurry bc i was getting pushed a bit and i was shaking. it has been a little over a week and i miss it soooo much. they are amazing live and they just look like they are constantly having fun
