Heyyy- ToyBox mentionnn :D tee hee- I wanna go into a bit of detail about Narinder and Shamura’s relationship. (totally not because I’m writing a script for the story for a class… noooo- not at alll- tee hee :3c)

So- infodump under the cut!

It’s already known that Shamura struggles with their memory. They cannot remember their life before the circus, they cannot remember faces, and they cannot remember names. This wasn’t always the case of course.

Narinder doesn’t see Shamura for a long time. Emery keeps the two separated, the only people who sees them in a regular were the other bishops. When they finally cross paths with Narinder, they don’t remember him at all. To them- he’s somebody important, but they don’t know who.. At the same time, this is Narinder’s first time seeing Shamura with their injury. He never found out that their injury was so severe. Emery told him something completely different.

In order to keep the spider sane- Narinder has to follow along. They don’t know each other, they never did. And it hurts him. It hurts him a lot- that was his sibling, his rock, the one person who he could call a parental figure. Gone. They don’t recognize him anymore, he’s a hole.
