When I do glamour sigils, i take a hot shower and make the sigil on the mirror out of steam. I visualize my intent then use my hands to wipe the water across the sigil to cast. It worked for me really well if anyone elae wants to try

Cast my first real sigil today. "Our love transcends, we are fettered." I used @lavender-lunar-witch 's grid method with some alterations of my own. Method: ❣ Used the grid method to find the primary shape. (Added the central number - 5 - in numerals as the locus) ❣ Put my soundtrack on loop and lit a black and gold candle. ❣ Burnt one of my hairs through the flame. ❣ Filled the well of a black cherry candle with water, then added the ash from my hair, rose and peony oil, and "love drops", plus a little spit. (This is witchcraft after all) ❣ Used the water to wet the brush and painted the sigil using red watercolour paint focusing on my intention and singing along to the soundtrack - different harmony each time. ❣ Completed the sigil as the song came to a close, then blew out the candle. Considering lots of my friends go back to class today, have a sigil for a great academic year! (I still have a whole month of freedom left before I go back 😏😝) “I will be focused, inspired and successful this academic year.” Again using @lavender-lunar-witch ’s grid method with some alterations of my own. Method: ❣ Used the grid method to find the primary shape. (Added the central number - I - in numerals as the locus) ❣ Put my soundtrack on loop and lit a black and gold candle. ❣ Used my shell water and added grapefruit (for creativity), peppermint (for focus) and moon oil (for transitions). ❣ Used the water to wet the brush and painted the sigil using green watercolour paint focusing on my intention and focusing on the transitions between the different movements in the song. ❣ Completed the sigil at 5:00 into the song, then blew out the candle. Soundtrack: Hocus Pocus (Focus)

Here's two sigils for you. The one on the top left is the schedule to be in tuned with the Horned One. And the one on the bottom right came to me in a vision the sigil of balance strength and dignity. You can also use this to hex bind and curse.

I was wondering if its normal to feel exhausted after casting a sigil with your own energy

It’s totally normal. Think of it like this: when you’re running amarathon, you’re using your own energy and get tired, right?  Same with a sigil. If you cast it using your own energy, you’re using your own energy and you’ll get tired! If any other mods or followers want to add anything, please do!

Origami incorporated in Witchcraft

I was thinking about sigil casting and thought I could use paper folding techniques to perhaps strengthen existing sigils, any ideas?

Kinda in regards to an earlier ask, but how do you know you've "focused hard enough" to successfully charge a sigil? Do you just stare at it and imagine your intent for a while or is there some dig to look or feel for?

Well, at least in my case, once you’ve been working with energy long enough, you can start to feel the amount of energy coming off charged items. That gives you a gauge almost of how much energy is in it, and you decide whether it needs more or not. But for the most part, yes, you can stare at it and put energy in it for a good chunk of time. It’s best to do this for about five minutes, if not more for safety (if you have the energy levels to handle it as well), to make sure it gets the charge it needs in order to work. Focus on your intent, your goal, and try to envision the symbol filling up with energy (this usually equals a glowing light for most). I hope that gives you more of an idea of what I mean. Obviously it isn’t limited to just that method of charging but in this case, yeah :)
