Emergency Vet Boosting
Alright so, I actually was doing everything in my fucking power to not have to do this- but I kind of am unable to do get around it now. Recently my dog has started to develop moments of muscle spasms and semi-seizure like moments where he is entirely present but his body is seemingly out of his control, the vet was originally not concerned bcs it'd happened twice and under two minutes.
However it has happened again since and we're looking at having to go to the vet, and while the insurance might cover things- we are looking at having to pay first obviously. I only get a very certain set amount of money each month and I just reasonably can't pay for the 400-500 dollar vet charges that are estimated to come my way. (My rent alone is 600 dollars, I'm on disability)
If possible whatsoever, It'd mean a great bit if people were able to donate something to help with the costs. I actively hate to do this but my boy needs blood tests done, possible urine sample and god knows what else and it's money i don't have.

Hello! I normally wouldn't do this here, but just this one time. My friend has recently started a webcomic called Tiny Dragon in the Centre of Everything and it's very cool! The art and characters are great!! You can check out the whole first chapter and the beginning of the second chapter on Webtoons ANYWAY, the reason I bring this up is because as part of the recent update they've included a popularity poll for the cast to see who's the most-liked based on first impressions. Hello! I'm not normally the type to ask for help with situations but I'm not too sure where else to go to. My friend has a cat named Deus and they care deeply about her. Recently Deus started urinating blood and hadn't been using the litter box to do so, instead using the sink, bathroom rug, and bathtub. Due to my friend's home life and because they're currently in between jobs, they can't afford to pay the total for the vet bill and treatment. Their family's situation financially is rocky at best due to a recent divorce, so I set up a gofundme to try to help costs. If anyone is willing to donate it would be very much appreciated. Also any advice would be appreciated as well. Neither of us have enough karma on reddit to ask for help with the situation :c

A little update about Tróia <3 In her second bloodtest her ALP came down a bit but the ALT is still at 1000. It might have lowered but alas it’s still way too high so the ecography is still needed and I’m talking to several people to make sure the ecographer is an experienced one. Meanwhile I’ve had to put her on Luposan Hepatic kibble which is cold pressed and less shitty than other certain kibble brands, she’s doing well on it and likes it. Yesterday we did a canicross with another local group, we’re on the beginner level but she did so well, super happy to pull and super spirited the other people there loved her little warrior spirit haha. The pictures are from yesterday! Today she’s resting like a queen. Thank you so much for the help and kind words so far!
