"I am not worthy... But still, you stay with me... My rose..." A beautiful edit of one of my most important cosplays. The story of Loki and Sigyn is an important part of my beliefs and my practice. So it makes me very sad that Sigyn gets so much hate from the Marvel and Witch community. Hate which she doesn't deserve. I love to educate about their relationship! About the God Loki and their family. Knowledge is power. And it can bring peace. I'm happy to be part of #justiceforsigyn and I would love to educate people about the norse myths! FYI

Some little reminders:

MarvelComics!Sigyn is no tradwife. That's a Goddess with TWO jobs (She canonically had missions for Odin AND was a handmaid to Frigga). Her only sin was to love Loki too much and foolishly think she could make him love her. You'd think Loki fans would get it ^^' (also, hasn't she suffered enough? She lost Loki's love, her sons, her tongue, her life, her dignity, no one even mourned her... Anyone with a heart would feel sad for her. Enough!)

Shipping a Norse god with his wife (a wife he has been married to since the Germanic pantheon, mind you, and who supported him when EVERYONE ELSE abandoned him) is not "promoting conservatism".

Sigyn is not a self-insert. She's a very old Norse goddess. HOW COULD SHE BE A SELF-INSERT? Besides, I'm sorry, but who would want to insert themselves into her fate/isekai as her? Yeah, sure, Loki would be your hubby, cool, BUT WE ALL KNOW HOW IT ENDS. NO ONE wants to see their own kids dead, or your beloved bond with the guts of one of your sons. NO ONE. Plus, I'm scared of snakes. So it's a big nono for me XD (and I'm aroace, so... I just love their love. That's all)

Making super aggressive posts on that bloody confession blog is useless and unhealthy. Some of the ones I saw recently sounded pretty parodic too. I wouldn't be suprised if it was just haters making fake Logyn/Sigyn confessions and exagerating stuff ON PURPOSE to create ship wars and drama. Advice of the day: BLOCK THAT BLOG.

Loki and Sigyn by C.W. Eckersberg

The painting is Loki and Sigyn by Danish painter C.W. Eckersberg (1810). It's SUPPOSED to be exposed in the Statens Museum for Kunst in Copenhagen, Denmark, but right now, it's in the basement. In its stead, they put a painting with Penelope & Odysseus, which is great too XD

So, last year, I commissioned @questionartbox for a Loki/Sigyn art, with THIS unused Loki variant (I think it’s from Thor Ragnarok?)... and here is the spectacular, and SO beautiful!!!, result <3 Enjoy!!! <3

If @marvelentertainment won’t give us Sigyn, well, we’ll make our own content :p (at least, we’re sure to like it that way XDXD)
