I love the pages where I’m trying to get every last bit of ink out of one of my pens. Now that Inktober is over, I’ve got like 7 pens I have to throw away and not return to my pen box because they’re broken or dried up (or both)

I’ll come back to this as much as I dang well please. At least I’m happier with this Silas drawing, though he’d never get a chance to own clothes that nice ahahaha.

okay, realtalk I got super frustrated with this by the time I had inked their torsos, and my frustrations carried through for the entire rest of trying to finish the picture. So I’m not fond of this one. I love the characters, because I will always fondly remember me and @latorgator‘s medieval fantasy roleplay with them. But this picture I’m mad about.

Still, it’s a fond pose. Happy chill Silas and his grumpy prince charge Solieth will always have a warm spot in my heart.

there’s some year doodles of Silas and me as partners in the Reaper’s Game, which I’ve idly thought about here and there. The nature of partnership between the two of us would certainly be interesting to explore in a game all about the universes stacked on top of one another. To anyone else, it looks like we’re alone, as we don’t exist on the same paper layers. But there’s still a pact, and the separate existences doesn’t really hurt the ability to deal with the Noise, which exist on multiple layers of universe at the same time. Probably makes it easier.

What did Silas and Tega give up to participate in the Reaper’s game? idk, I hadn’t thought that far ahead yet.

(What shape does the reaper’s game take, even? It’s not the same across the world, I’m sure. Different composers would make different games have different rules, so the shape of it in TWEWY isn’t necessarily the shape it’d be in NY, you know? This is something I think about a lot.)

Anyway TWEWY’s dramatic lighting and cel-shading always delighted me so here it is.
