I tend to hit the wall early because I want to try so many things but hafta settle on one. I knew #DCon was coming up - and I'll be at BOOTH 1121!!! But wasn't sure what to do. I was listening to a lot of Halloween music in October and prepping for the Fall conventions. Geeking and stressing out. I was talking to my buddy David about a gig poster project I was about to start for a certain band and we were trying to come up with weird ideas that work for the band's aesthetic and also be iconic. He came up with "Buffalo Bill" and suggested I explore the characters from #SilenceoftheLambs . I LOVE that movie. It terrified me as a kid. The monsters were human and eerily reflected what was going on in the city where I had grown up - Milwaukee. Sadly the project never went anywhere #dontlookatme. So I took that time and decided to go ahead and produce it as an art print for @DesignerCon !!!
