I really enjoy your Superior series. I’ve read the one shot ones where they’re captured sooo many times! And pirouette 🥺 Are you planning on writing back in present time or will you just be finishing out the prequels? I’d love to see their relationship now that it’s out in the open and how reader deals with the trauma of being captured and scarred.

so here's the breakdown on the series -

i plan to upload the superior oneshot on monday and once that's done, i'll create a masterlist for it here on tumblr, then i can start posting the next part.

as for the oneshot itself, it's not exactly like, canon? i'm not sure how to put it. since i started writing it when i was only on season 2 of the show, i made a oneshot that didn't fit anywhere into the canon timeline at all. eren is mentioned, so it takes place after trost, but the only time it could really take place is between season 2 and 3, which, if you want to imagine is when it did, go ahead!! for the rest of the series, i'm just going to kind of ignore bringing it up again LMAO. don't get me wrong, it is the same oc, she references stuff that happens in the other parts, so it is her. however, i unfortunately don't plan to go into the psychological ramifications of what happens after that story, i'm sorry. it might have happened at some point, but no one will ever acknowledge it.

also, just to clarify, their relationship still isn't out in the open. hange made a joke about a wedding, but she really was just kidding. the only person who knows is, weirdly enough, pyxis, and erwin very strong suspects it, but he's never asked either of them because he respects their privacy, even if he's not a fan. the evil scientist only suspected it too, levi and reader have confirmed nothing because they find secrets very sexy or something idk.

the next part of the series will be a canon compliant version of the show, starting right from when trost's wall is broken through. we'll follow the story and see what lieutenant (f/n) does and what her deal is.

HEY JUST HERE TO LET YOU KNOW I’VE OFFICIALLY READ ALL THE SUPERIOR CONTENT AND 🥺 this is one of my favorite stories ever. the softness and vulnerability Levi shares with reader is just - wow. you’re an incredible writer, I have a squirrel brain so I can sometimes skim read or have to reread a bunch of times, but I honestly couldn’t miss a word. the build up, the world building - so so so good. the way you write reader, so raw and unfiltered is just, I love her almost as much as I love Levi??? I genuinely am blown away, thank you for writing and sharing such a beautifully written story <3

anyways I’m about to reread summer rain bc I feel like torturing myself (and admittedly this is my favorite part of the story bc I’m a sucker for the pining)

i feel you on the squirrel brain. it's so hard for me to read so many things and i usually end up skimming and sometimes missing important stuff LMAO but i'm happy that my writing reflects that, someone else told me it was easy to keep up and not skim so i'm very pleased.

in my opinion I think you deserve a lot of credit for world building despite aot having a "predeveloped universe" bc you're creating your own context to fit your story but still adhering to the "rules" of the aot universe. and the way your focus falls on things adds new meaning to places/things. i'm probably not going to explain it well enough but like for example your wall scene really sticks w me & tho we see things happen on the wall in the show to me it feels like an entirely different place thru your lens. or even just the importance you put on things like rain/storms. so while your ocs and relationships are beautifully crafted, so is the way you present the rest of the world we've come to know through your own unique lens (sorry to ramble!! i just wanted to elaborate my thoughts so you know my appreciation for your work) - xx

all the scenes that i've done like that which incorporate the setting into part of the story are so very fun to write because there's just not rules about everything, and so much is left up to the imagination and i get to explore it and use it for my own romantic purposes. and the rain! yes! i really wanted to highlight it specifically because levi obviously has a very traumatic memory associated with rain and i wanted him to have good feelings about it. it's the pinnacle of what i wanted when i crafted this oc, someone who could make him see the beauty in everyday things like rain.

oh wow, thank you so much, i'm speechless! every time someone comments about the worldbuilding i get so happy because i really do love worldbuilding, even if i'm a bit confused at the same time (by worldbuilding i assume everyone means the ocs and the relationships and stuff, because the world itself obviously isn't mine lmao). and thank you for the compliment about the word choice and characterization too, i appreciate it <3
