Walk Around & Through mod for TS3?

I had this very helpful and useful mod for The Sims 2 that was basically an OMSP that allowed sims to walk around and through items (like decorations and such) rather than to stand there waving their arms and screaming. Sims 2 mod here

I was playing Sims 3, and I wanted to use a decorative item as a chair, using an invisible armchair mod. Now, the problem is that if I use a table or anything like that, the Sims can sit down just fine, but with decorative items they refuse. Does anyone know if there is a mod like this for The Sims 3? Thanks in advance!~
