Tabata Workout #8: Body Weight Silent Strength Training
If you have no weights or bands but still want to work on strength training, you can always use your body weight. Your body can be the best equipment. This video will show you four body weight only exercises that will help you build upper, lower and core strength. The whole workout is silent so you can do it any time :-) Here are the four exercises:
1. Wall Squat (sumo in the first half and narrow in the second half)
2. Toe Touch
3. Lunge Hold
4. Moving Pushup
This workout only takes 4 min but I highly recommend you repeat everything at least twice for a 12 min strength training silent workout.
