I was super excited to try these for one specific reason, Chuck and his cheese dip. He would make cheese dip and then if he didn’t eat it all, he’d put the bowl in the fridge uncovered. Yeah I know ew. He wouldn’t use plastic wrap because he’d end up just fighting with it. An additional issue with the bowls he uses, they have handles. So these covers sounded like they would be a win.

The description to me of the item makes it sound like you get 2 sizes, 3 - 3 inch covers and 3 - 6 inch covers. But you really get 6 different covers of increasing sizes. Which if you are in a household with a lot of different size bowls is great. But not all that great for me since I need a specific size for a specific bowl.

When these say that they will stretch to fit your bowl, that is a slight exaggeration. The bowl has to be very close to the size of the lid you are using. But once you have the right size lid, it fits great, although it is a little tough to get on. You do have to be careful if you have a bowl that the lid is going to be a tight fit, it can really sting if it snaps your skin when pulled tight.

Once on, the lids are great. It keeps the contents nice and fresh, and longer lasting than it would with plastic wrap. They are really easy to clean, toss in the dishwasher and good to go. I haven’t had a need to use them within the microwave, so I can’t attest using them in there.

If your bowl isn’t round, in my case has handles, and a glass that isn’t round, these will not work for you.

I can only give this a 3 out of 5 because of the description being very unclear, the fact that you can’t use them on the types of containers I need, and because they really don’t stretch to the size of the bow.
