Imaginary merch for imaginary show made with a donated old shirt from my dad, textile markers, alcohol pens and watered down acrylic paint. the process:
draw for a couple hours with textile markers
iron to set the drawing
water down some paint and apply to shirt
let shirt dry
repeat steps 1 - 4 to satisfaction
draw draw draw more and clean it up
use alcohol markers to darken or make things pop a bit
iron again
soak the whole shirt to get rid of excess colour.
dry
wear it ദ്ദി(｡•̀ ,<)~✩‧₊
an extra secret step is 'cut out the collar' but that's a personal choice. I tried to make it sparkly by mixing my watered down acrylic with metallic paint but I think I watered it down too much and it just diffused and escaped during the soak.
I pray that the Gorrister does not fade (´˘ -˘ 人) pls god let the alcohol pen be as hardy as the textile marker (╯˘ -˘ )╯
