This is based on this post from like a billion years ago, I just kept thinking about biting people yesterday, and did this instead. Fantastic use of free will 10/10 would do again

Bat Abolish go my beloved!
It was rare for Abolish to turn into a bat. His tiny form was a mix of black and white spots, fluffy as ever, and smaller than a normal vampire bat. Pyro had seen him turn into a bat maybe three times in the 200 years they’d been together, and each time the little critter had searched Pyro out for safety. They loved being the one he trusted the most, when he was in such a vulnerable position.
Today was one of those days apparently. They were just reading on the couch, trying to make the time go faster, when he heard the familiar jingle of keys in the lock, already putting the book down, so he could go say hello. He heard the door slam behind him, and a soft thump of the jacket hitting the floor instead of the coat hanger. Strange.
Before he could really say anything, shuffling feet came over the carpeted floor of the living room, and their tired boyfriend slumped over him, acting as a human blanket for a few seconds. He tried snuggling close, murmuring something incoherent into their neck, before Abolish let out one final sigh, and turned into a bat. Now smaller, he let out a few squeaks, before burring himself in the nook of Pyro’s neck, at last letting out a soft, content sigh. Pyro heard a small laugh come from himself, as he reached up to pet the small bat snuggled close to him.
Today most have been a real pain in the ass, because almost immediately upon impact, the little one started purring loudly, clearly enjoying the tough of the former. Pyro started stroking him in patterns, heaving an even louder purr from his boyfriend. He found this whole situation very amusing, but it was clear Abolish was too tired to even be embarrassed. Poor thing most have been exhausted.

I actually had a lot more fun with this one, that I would have thought. Thank you so much for the prompt!
The obelisk was glowing, this awful orange, holy light. It felt horrible to even be near, they would just have to get rid of it, and fast. Back to neutral, at the very least. Maybe then they could leave, like they never even had stepped foot there.
Abolish let out an annoyed sigh, forced out even, though, his lungs needed no air, a small huff. He hooked his arm under Pyro’s and dragged him towards the glowing beacon. A yelp came from the under vampire, as he were dragged along, but he soon fell in step with his coworker.
On the way to the holy beacon of light, they stumbled on Drift, who were more than happy to tag along, much to Abolish’s annoyance. A human on the trip would only cause problems, Pyro knew that, why did he just carelessly say yes. If heaven had heard his prayers, not that he had actually prayed, more like internally complained, Avid cam running after them. Screaming about vampires, Drift excused herself and ran after her roommate, whom seemed at high distress.
The beacon slowly turned back to its neutral colour, one Pyro described as butter. Abolish did not want to know what kind of butter his coworker was using, nor did he really care. What he did care about, was the puppy eyes Pyro starred at him with.
“Pyro, I told you before we arrived here. We’re not making out over an unholy beacon. It was one time, and one time only.” He sighed, trying to understand how they could even be thinking about that when they were in the middle of a mission.

Day after day, for weeks, for months, Abolish would let the scholar into the library. He, himself, barely ever leaves his office, but he'd noticed how the boy never left before dark. He didn’t eat, drink or sleep. He studied hard, and no matter how tired those blue eyes were, they always wringled in happiness upon seeing the mayor.
He looked almost beautiful. Almost.
He started leaving food out in the library, early into the morning, right before the scholar came over. The scares boy never said anything about it, but Abolish could see the life return to him slowly.
His visits began to happen in the mayor's office. At first, it was just a simple "thank you" or "good evening" But then he began sticking around. They would sit down and just...talk. Abolish learned that they didn’t actually have a home, their parents had kicked him out, accused of a crime he did not commint.
Their visits continued like this over the next few months, they were no longer mayor and stranger, but two young men finding peace in each other’s company.

As a celebration of me passing one of my finals today with a really high grade, I made more bricks Veylocke brothers for y'all!!!

So I think at this point most people know I have an AU called Veylocke brothers (if you didnt you now do) with Louis and Abolish being brothers.
For a long time, the plan with this AU was that Abolish's family dued and Louis' took him in, everything happened with Owen and Louis as mayor, but instead of being burnt they went on honeymoon for like 100 years. That left Oakhurst without mayor, which now was Abolish's job, and somewhere along the way, Pyro stumbles in and we get firelocke written as lovebitten.
Yay everyone is happy (except Abolish because I burn him) and I get to write about my two favourite ships. But since then, my co-creator left this AU all to myself, and I kinda abandoned it in my notes out of fear for fucking it up. I was for some reason never fully happy with the story, so I now introduce the new and improved Veylocke brothers AU!
Louis and Abolish have a loving family, everything is perfect and everyone is happy. Until their parents are killed by vampires under a break-in one night. The boys hide and get to hear as their parents are murdered very brutally. They end up with the orphanage filled with nuns and other children.
They’re there for a few years before Morcant picks them up, and they grow up in the organisation. They grow up wandering around with all kinds of agents, learning about the job of being an agent, and hearing about missions.
Louis grew up not holding any vampire acountable for his parents murder, being neutral towards every agent. Abolish on the other hand, though not outright showing it, despises every vampire agent deeply. He always said to Louis, you can't trust a vampire.
He grew up to be a part of the organisation as soon as he could, training hard, taking out any bad vampires without hesitation, quickly becoming top agent. Louis also grew up to be part of the organisation, but his story with them is rather short. He doesn’t qualify to be an agent. He’s trained with Abolish, they’re both good, but he can't kill. No matter how much he tries, he can never drive in the stake, pull the trigger or plant the explosives.
This naturally creates a rift in their relationship, being devided by morals and views on the world. Their, before incredibly strong bond, now tears, pulling them further from each other.
One day, when handing in a finished report, Abolish scans the desk at the archive, and in a file sees the name Louis Veylocke under the catagory turned victims. Something in him snaps, a betrayal like no other settles in his chest, and he seeks out his brother. At first he asks what happened, scanning his brother for injury, a sign of struggle but finds nothing.
Before Louis can confess, Abolish has already figured it out. He got turned willingly. After everything with their parents, what they had trained for, everything the organisation stood for.
This would be the end to their relationship, the last time he would look at Louis Veylocke and call him his brother.
Its been in my mind of either during oakhurst or post oakhurst that V!Pyros connected with the coven and V!Abolish is just with him silently threatening V!Scott to try literally anything. He will make sure that he is protected.
Im genuinely sorry it took me this long to get your request done, and im sorry to anyone still waiting. I hope to get some done tonight, but if not, just know im working on them.
”Are you sure this is a good idea?” Abolish worried too much, it was just a simple meeting. A simple meeting with his sire, his fledgling, whom also happened to be the one to drive a stake through his heart, and Drift. There was nothing to worry about, and if Abolish told the truth, Scott had been on his best behaviour the last 200 years. He was overreacting for sure.
The door to the apartment, the one they were waiting on the outside of, opened and a sceptical Shelby stood in front of them, eyeing them before stepping aside to let them in. Scott and Drift sat on the rug, a small pile of playing cards scattered on the floor.
The tension were thick like smoke, and everyone seemed a little in distress now that the traitor had arrived.
Shelby was the first to break the silence, since none of them needed air, it had been deadly quiet.
“This silence is not what this night was intended for, and now that Avid is alive and well,” the demon in question, Avid, shot up from where he was perched in the window, looking down on the small people, going about their day on the sidewalk. “I think, I can forgive you.”
The words felt comforting to hear, and their shoulders relaxed instantly, their guard slipping away. He knew the only one to really fear was si- Scott, but with Abolish here, he didn’t worry much.
The rest of the night went about as smooth as it could. The four fledglings fell into comfortable banter, played card games all night long and even share their blood bags, wanting to taste each other’s favourites. What Pyro didn’t see, was Abolish silently holding a small knife to Scott’s side throughout most of their time there. Every time Scott as much as breathed wrong around Pyro, Abolish’s head shot up, and he was reading for action.
Noone was ever gonna take Pyro away from him again.
