Hello friend! First of all, I hope you are well. Second, do you think Solas's hair grew while he slept all those centuries? Did he wake up lookin like rapunzel? Buried in his own hair? I think about this a lot.

I personally headcanon that he keeps that smooth dome perfect with a spell, so my vote goes for totally, yes. Mostly due to other headcanons I have about why/how he fell asleep, too, but mainly because we know the elves had attendants who fed and cared for them while they slept in Uthenera... only the Dreamers could feed themselves with just the energy of the Fade. So it totally makes sense that they would have people to keep their hair/nails in order. 

(I actually have several fun headcanons re: ancient elves and their hair, but they’re all just headcanons with zero basis in canon lmao.) 

Fun fact: the average (white) person’s hair grows 5 inches in a year. Solas was asleep for 3700ish years, so his hair at this rate would have grown over 500, yards, or over 4 football fields (120 yards each) in length. x’D No wonder he just keeps it bald now, huh? :P

There once was a bar in Hilber's infinite hotel, but they had to close it, due to mathematical hooligans ruining it.

First one would come and order a beer - nothing out of the ordinary, then another came and ordered two beers, then another and they ordered three beers, and then a countably infinite amount each one drinking one more then the other.

The bartender was thrilled until one of the hooligans, his name was Riemann, I think, said that he'd pay for all of them...

I had a very awkward Time Hex related thought.

I mean, I’ve made no secret about ‘shipping it.  Because I do.  Like the Enterprise.  The coat is a metaphor and it isn’t and all that.

But I was thinking...mathematically speaking.  It’s a little awkward.

I mean, as far as I know, we don’t have official ages for either Rip Hunter or Jonah Hex in Legends of Tomorrow.  But since most of the characters seem to be about the same age as their actors, give or take, I’m comfortable enough with those.

So if we use the actors’ ages according to Google, Rip Hunter is 33 and Jonah Hex is 46.  

Now, the characters land in Salvation in 1871.  Calvert was 1868, three years before in Jonah’s timeline.

For Rip, though, it was considerably farther back.  Pre-Miranda (his “then-future wife”) and before Jonas.  Jonas looks about 9 years old.  So if we assume that Time Masters age like normal humans, Rip would have been somewhere between 22-24 when they met.

So then, 43 year old Jonah Hex nailed college co-ed aged Rip Hunter.  Well done, man.  Well done.
