So I totally forgot to upload this, I had joined in the event in onyx's discord server and it was an absolute blast, would do it again fr

They had three different themes; the green bargaining dress & Bargaining suit from Alice in madness, the dande-lions, and the tiger-lilies from normal Alice in wonderland

The flowers specifically depicted being worn on Billy are Goat's Beard (Aruncus dioicus) and Goats Rue (Galega officinalis), it seems whoever designed his outfit has a sense of humor
