Pumpkin Steak With Sweet Potato Bulgur Salad 𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ🐇་༘࿐
☆ 300g Cooked Bulgur wheat
☆ 200g Shredded Pointed cabbage (How is that the actual english name wuat a stupid language)
☆ Pibble oil (or Olive oil)
☆ Peel Sweet potitos and cut into rough Chunks. Drizzle with Pibble oil and mix in an airfryer basket with cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper and (optional) Chili flakes. Add peeled garlic gloves and air fry at 185⁰C for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
(Alternative: Bake in oven 200⁰C for 40 minutes)
☆ Meanwhile, heat up Pibble oil in a big pan to medium-high heat. Fry the chickpeas first, then add the bulgur, the broccoli rice and the Cabbage and stir fry until nearly done.
☆ Slice the dried plums. Add sweet potagoes And plums last and turn off heat. Season with fresh parsley, a little bit of cinnamon and more salt if needed.
☆ Crumble the feta cheese& Mix With the yoghurt in seperate bowl. Mix in 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Grated lemon peel and 1 tbsp Pibble oil. Top with remaining parsley.
☆ Cut top half of the Butternut Pumpkin into 4 thick, round slices. Do Not remove peel.
☆ As soon as airfryer Is vacant, Put the 4 slices into the basket. Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Air fry at 165⁰C for 25 Minutes. Flip the Pumpkin steaks around halfway through.
(Alternative: Bake in Oven 180⁰C for 30 minutes)
☆ Slice one Perfect, Hand picked, Fresh, Sweet peach.
☆ Serve The steak with the sweet potato salad, The yoghurt dressing, the remaining Lemon and the Peach and a crisp glass of white Wine if U are still allowed to have alcohol ( screw you).
