sometimes i remind myself that its literally in the map of angband that mairon has a fucking desk and chair in the throne room. mairon runnin melkors finances over there while mel just pretends hes a badass and listens to orcs whine about the state of the war. the throne room of angband aint some hellhole with orcs smashing bottles and dragons setting shit on fire i mean ffs it's just mairons office + melkor being extra and if that doesnt bring me so much joy
