Check off your Rocks Pirates Bingo cards, everybody! We got us a Silver Axe! Was not expecting him to have a rivalry with and similar yakuza aesthetic as Shiki, even down to the Wicked moniker.

There's been a ton of visual comparisons with Zephyr and yeah the resemblances are certainly there, but I would argue he resembles Don Krieg just as much. And by sheer coincidence, Krieg's been spotted stomping around on Hachinosu in the current day too.

And I mean, c'mon. Silver Axe? Don Krieg, the man decked out in golden armor? Kreig's 44 and this flashback was 44 years ago? Yeah, I'm starting up the "Silver Axe is Krieg's Dad" agenda, WHO'S WITH ME???

The guy kicking Silver Axe looks just like Marco, but Marco would be 7 years-old at the time of the God Valley Incident (Marco’s 45 and the God Valley Incident was 38 years ago). Guessing it’s his dad or older brother.

Imagine if in the next chapter we get the Silver Axe traitor reveal and Kaido kills him, then the following chapter we get the next installment of the cover story and it just says something along the lines of:

"Here lies *name* aka Silver Axe, honorable samurai of Wano who gave his life battling Kaido, King of the Beasts."

It'd be cool, until the very same chapter reveals that he's still alive because Oda liked his design too much and wanted to keep drawing him...
