"Silver Oak" by Chris Fleming (Speculum Anima Photography). Recently shot at Elk Creek Vineyards in Central Kentucky. I have a tendency to shoot lonely trees sitting on top of lonely hills because it gives a nice minimalistic feel to the capture. This is one of my high contrast shots where I increase the dark tones and increase the light tones narrowing the tonal range in order to give a highly dramatic character image. I was trying to give it almost a silver emulsion type of effect.
