The Silmil gals! they're finally here lol. Also their fuku! We see the Moon's Senshi but also the Earth's Senshi - Earth and Sun, though only Lactis ever met Sun. More on that below!
Princess Ophelia/Sailor Mercury - 10th in line to the throne. Ophelia was outspoken, daring and charming, always calling attention to her with just her voice. Unlike Ami, who mixes water and ice, Ophelia was a lot more focused on just water.
Princess Bellona/Sailor Mars - 6th in line to the throne. Bellona is the closest in personality to her reincarnation, being stubborn hotheaded women, the main difference being that Bellona did not have any special abilities beyond her Senshi powers, unlike Rei's sixth sense.
Princess Dione/Sailor Jupiter - 20th in line to the throne. Youngest of her family, Dione is the nicest of the Moon's servants, but also the easiest to keep in line. Unlike Mako, who balances her powers with her physical prowess, Dione is not a physical fighter and relied mainly on her electric prowess.
Crown Princess Aphrodite/Sailor Venus - the Venusian royal family had the unfortunate fate of their heir becoming Venus, and therefore Serenity's personal servant. Raised as a sword, she is the strictest of the Senshi as their commander.
Lady Caela/Sailor Uranus - 4th in line to the role of leader. Caela was someone blessed with a sixth sense, her power of prediction considered her biggest asset, and she spent her time looking into the potential future more than meeting with her fellow Senshi. While Haruka mixes her control over wind and earth, Caela only ever used wind. In her hands, the Space Sword was a thin rapier.
Lady Estigia/Sailor Neptune - 2nd in line to the role of leader. Estigia was quiet, as dissatisfied with her destiny as a servant of a higher power as her reincarnation would be, but unlike Michiru, Estigia simply accepted it for what it was. In her hands, the Deep Aqua Mirror was more like a glass orb.
Princess Astarte/Sailor Vulcan - 7th in line to the throne. The Vulcans were the most eager to aid Lactis/Serenity, and so Astarte was one of the most loyal Senshi to their cause. As a Senshi, she specialized in distractions and decoys, and so her power was more about smoke than either fire or metal.
Lady Apate/Sailor Eris - 5th in line to the role of leader. Apate was under Lactis' rule, but she only ever did her duties as she pleased and didn't seem as aligned with Serenity as the rest were, never addressing her by her formal title and only complying when threatened.
Queen Beryl/Sailor Earth - Regent of the Jewel Kingdom, the Golden Kingdom's closest ally. She knows only the stories of Sailor Sun, and looked up to her as an idol, and knowing she was against Lactis, she carried in her footsteps. She grew uneasy about the growing relationship between Serenity and Endymion, fearing the Moon using it to their advantage, which is what Metallia used to manipulate her.
Queen Hemera/Sailor Sun - former Queen Regent of the Golden Kingdom, long dead by the time of the Silver Millenium on account of Endymion having her Sailor Crystal (9 generations ago). While she appreciated Lactis' assistance during a time of crisis, she could tell her true intentions and immediately declared the Earth (her homeplanet, as being a Star-based Sailor Senshi works a bit differently) untouchable ground. Being of equal power to Lactis, she agreed, but waited for the time to finally get the Earth under control. She died of old age, not before instructing her story be passed down and for every future Sun and Earth to be raised to protect their planet from the Moon.
Let's talk design! All of the Moon's Senshi are just a bit nonhuman, matching up with how I depict Serenity. Their fuku has been manipulated by Serenity, being an all-silver ensemble that is completely uniform between them outside of color. Sun and Earth are free from this influence which is why their fuku is more individualized.
The relationships between the OG Princees Serenity and the Inner Senshi is just so amazing with all the different layers. Cause like.
She is their princess and they are her loyal guard. They would kill and die for her and she would defy the laws of life and death for them. They are all at once like her older sisters and best friends and most loyal confidants. They know her as being a flawed and sometimes selfish child but also know her future as their wise and benevolent leader.
