My squat is slowly getting better. I've had a very long and hard road just trying to correct so I could squat with some weight. First time putting weight on the bar. Ain't pretty but I'm happy with my progress :) #59.5🗝 or #131lbs

MEEEEEEE! But, I did it. It was painful social wise and I felt really out of place. But I'm ready to make it home. I will be training four days a week 🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃

Updateeeee: Spent the afternoon at work talking to the guy I slept with who does powerlifting at the gym I'm nervous about going to. He promised he wouldn't be weird and actually talked to me about what I'm nervous about. I'm not very strong and my muscles are so out of wack that my whole alignment is off and it effects my form for everything I do. My body just automatically shifts into that position. He surprisingly made me feel a little more confident. Told me a girl just started and is in her second month and knew little to nothing about lifting. That I could talk to the coach and he would set a specific program just for me and that it's okay. I would get stronger. He even gave me the coaches cell number and email. We talked about where I am now for a gym and how I'm locked in for a membership. 6 months. So I'm going to at least go out for 4 months before I decide to sign papers at this other gym. I want to be a little stronger and smaller before I join this team. It's a legit team and they support each other and it's amazing to watch. I wannah be apart of the #silverbacknation. & ive decided I will be. On the back end. I had a really good night at bootcamp. Work out was called legs and lungs. If I can get a pick of what we did I will show you. But I do faintly remember some of it. 50 super deadlifts- no weight 40 floating KB deadlifts 30 squat presses 25 burpee's 10 plate pushes And I wannah say there was one more in there before it repeated. Plate pushes are my weakness. I struggled so bad one night I got in my car and cried and never wanted to go back. I DID THE FUCKING ALL PLUS ONE. It felt amazing I wanted to get up and scream and jump. I didn't drop to the ground once. Not to mention I got a good job from my coach!
