sorry to hear about the misunderstandings with your shop. hope all will be resolved soon. i never had a problem with your shops prices though. sometimes i forget and i'm like omg but then i remember it costs that same price or more at anime cons. but i still buy and support. i remember i asked you about pricing before, that it's also how in demand/limited certain characters/items are, and you even spend your own time going to like the free! cafe often just to get items. idk, but you do you. :)

I’m super grateful for your support, and yes Anime Cons jack up the prices even more than normal, so I hope that my store’s prices are reasonable considering the time and effort it takes to procure the items.
