Freddie struggles a lot with his name. It feels like it’s been an expectation ever since he was a kid and he wonders if he was expected to be a replica of his late uncle or if he ever had a choice to be who he wanted to be.
As a kid, he loved being at the shop and being with his father but pranks were never something that he was good at. He never understood what it was that made people like them so much. He never understood why because sometimes pranks made people cry and Freddie didn’t like that.
He tried his best though. He tried to be what his father hoped that his son would be. Share the love of pranking that his late uncle had but it wasn’t there. Eventually George stopped trying but Freddie always carries the guilt of not being able to fill such big shoes.
The truth is that Freddie loves adventure and he loves the outdoors. He loves running. He loves the feeling of freedom and perhaps that’s due to the fact that he’s always felt so trapped by expectations that he’ll never accomplish and has long given up trying.
Sometimes he feels that his father’s sadness is his fault but he could no longer play a role that felt two sizes too big. He figures his father would never understand and it’s difficult to keep a positive relationship sometimes due to there being a gap between that they can’t seem to bridge.
Freddie was sorted into Hufflepuff and it didn’t surprise his mother at all. He’s always tried his best to be a light in people’s lives, he’s always been very loyal and hard working. Freddie did share the love of quidditch with his family and was an amazing chaser for the hufflepuff team but he was never as talented as his sister was with the bat.

The youngest of three siblings. Graham’s second biggest disappointment.
Former Slytherin. During his Hogwarts years Luxio made sure that he kept his marks up and kept busy. He was one of Slytherin’s Chasers and a damn good one too.
Luxio is very much like his father in some ways that it terrifies him. He can be very cruel if provoked and selfish. If he wants something, he’ll find a way to get it even if it means bringing other people down in his attempts.
He’s very hard on himself. He hates the fact that his father has this image of what he’s supposed to be and is constantly trying to mold him into the “perfect” son when in his eyes, Graham already has the perfect son, his older brother, Jay.
In his eyes, his father is the definition of not being loved and turning out cruel and cold. He knows his grandparents were well known Death Eaters and he knows his father’s childhood must have not been the best but that doesn’t excuse the fact that despite growing up in a rough household, his father has made no effort to make theirs any better.
There’s anger for all the abuse both verbal and physical from not doing what was expected. There are things that not even his siblings know because often times afterwards Graham would pretend that nothing ever happened. This was always an attempt to get Luxio under control to follow and be what was expected of him.
Due to this, Luxio became a pro at keeping his emotions in check. He’s logical before he is emotional. It’s unhealthy sometimes but it’s all he’s known.

Scorpius wasn’t meant to be placed in Slytherin. He asked to be. Too afraid to disappoint his family, he knew that being put into Gryffindor would come as a giant surprise and although his parents were much more accepting and open minded now than they used to be, this didn’t take away his fear of disappointing them in the end.
Growing up, he was not a dedicated student. Sometimes things don’t click at first and he used to beat himself up constantly for it. He’s smart but he has to work for it. Nothing ever comes naturally.
He’s not what comes to mind when you think of a Malfoy. He’s a very patient person and he tends to not put himself in the spotlight although he can be ruthless if provoked. He’s very guarded because people usually already have an expectation of what he’s supposed to be and it’s far from who he is. In the long run, he doesn’t care what people think of him. Not many people have a positive image of the Malfoy name and he doesn’t really let that affect him anymore. Most people had thought he’d go on to be an auror or a hit wizard. Something in the ministry to carry on that tradition but Scorpius knew if he did that, he’d be miserable. He spent most of his Hogwarts days being miserable and he’s over it.

Yaxi is the only daughter of Romilda Vane. Being raised by a single mother who constantly had men in and out of her life made Yaxiri weary of relationships. She never understood when she was little why everyone had a mother and a father and she barely had a mother as Romilda was an important journalist, this meant she traveled often. henriette montague was the second born child to Graham Montague and his wife. she was the only girl born of the three children that the Montague couple had together. It was a miracle in itself that Henriette and her siblings had arrived at all. there was no love between her parents and it became pretty clear that her parents held no love for their children. BIO:
Life before Hogwarts was perfect, in his opinion. He knew that sometimes his mom and father got upset when reading the newspaper. There was always whispers between them about comments they (the paper people) made of her or him and his brother. A family full of loons, they say. At the time he didn’t really understand what that meant and his mother often tried to keep that from him so it didn’t bother him.
Lysander was often the quiet one, reading his books or doing something with his mother. He particularly enjoyed going to the store with her and making crafts. Their fridge was often covered in pictures he drew of mermaids or nargles or their family because of this. It didn’t change much even as he grew up.
In hogwarts there was some bullying because of the excerpts from the prophet. It eventually died down after he had gotten angry with a classmate who made a comment about his mother and the boy had landed a good punch on the other for it. Lysander wasn’t one to get violent often, but there were just things that set him off easily and people learned really quick what those things were.

roxanne weasley; the two met at work on her first day. Darius helped her with training and showing her the ropes. It really didn’t take long for them to slowly start taking their work relationship outside of work, having lunches and hang outs. BIO:
Childhood was difficult for Darius. Something always felt wrong and for the longest time he didn’t understand why. He assumed it was the fact he didn’t have his mother but that wasn’t the case. All he knew was he liked the way everyone looked, he didn’t feel right in his own skin, and he feared his father finding out. The first time he cut his hair short his father had a few choice words which turned into worse than just words after he was drunk. This soon grew to a constant in his life which was how he got an injury that resulted in him needing a hearing aid.

Darius would have been considered a runaway. He avoided going home at all costs, even if it meant he had to wander the streets of Diagon or Hogsmeade. Anything was better than staying with his alcoholic father to him.
After Hogwarts, Darius transitioned, went into training, and is now living better than before. He’s himself, he’s happy, and the best part was that he hasn’t seen his father in years.
