Yup, file this under "I should be studying but I'd rather write fanfics".
Anyways, after my love for Doctor Strange was reignited by watching the movies several times, I decided to write about it.
(Now, I know MoM had it's issues, but I could just devour the father/daughter relationship between Stephen and America. They are adorable together. )
Shameless self promotion!
Here's some more out of context sneak peaks from my Doctor Strange fic I'm working on! This snippet is focused more on America Chavez and Neo Redsun, along with Neo's dragon, Rugha. (Pronounced Roo-ga).
Yes, it took until chapter 16, but I FINALLY got to the damn dragon!
(Still faster than The Winds of Winter, though!)
There's some bad language words. Be warned.
What was she doing? What was she thinking?! Oh right; putting distance between herself and the demons hunting her. By following her friend up onto a dragon's back! In that moment, white noise filtered over the terrified screams and panicked yelps Kaine and his friend group made. Rugha's scales, glossy and shiny, felt as strong as vibrainium. She could feel his deep rumbling snarl through her hands and feet, carefully finding her footing just above the wing joint. The dragon shifted and stirred, each movement leaving America terrified that she'd fall on her ass. (Among other things.)
This was another screenshot redraw. This face just says "I'm DONE with your shit!"
I don't know what it is, but grumpy Beej is just adorable!

So, originally I promised myself that this South Park Stick of Truth fanfic would never see the light of day... when I originally wrote it 11+ years ago! (I can't believe that Stick of Truth is that old.)
Anyways, this was pure self indulgence. A case of "I can't find the fic I want, so I'll just write my own!"
Sometimes that's all you can do.
Anyways, after getting back in a very South Park mood, I decided to remaster this personal gem of mine to share with the world.
A violent war between the humans and drow elves. A certain stick that may or may not contain magical properties. And a great guardian, foretold of long ago, sent to quell the fighting between the warring factions. The Grand Wizard King, thinking he now has an ace in the hole against the vile elves! But what is a Grand Wizard King to do when his most powerful weapon yet favors the sweet, gentle, and kindhearted Court Paladin instead?
Or,
What if the new kid who joined in the epic LARP was ACTUALLY a trained assassin from another realm? Would the backwards bonkers mad residents of the quiet little mountain town even notice? Years of conditioning and training could NEVER have prepared him for this!
And for extra shits and giggles, some ancient fanart!
I felt that this NEEDED to be shared with the world! Musical!Juice with a Sylveon. All Beetlejuice wants is a friend, right? What better Pokemon for him than one that evolves through friendship and affection?

I figured that I'd see about drumming up interest in this again. Especially given the season. Honestly, I can't believe that I wrote this TRILOGY on my phone in the span of a year!
With the discoveries of the other Holiday Realms and beyond, Jack Skellington has begun a new passion project. (Thankfully less disastrous than his other one.) Opening Halloween Town up to an Ambassador from another world in order to build diplomatic alliances and share their unique and delightfully macabre culture. There's just one little problem... Finding anyone willing to stay longer than ten minutes.
Until one brave soul does! A young student of Necromancy and her headstrong familiar. It's almost too good to be true, as the visiting sorceress makes fast friends with the Pumpkin King and his kind-hearted girlfriend, Sally.
However, all is not as it seems as the Ambassador harbors a heavy secret as to the real reason she's there. A hidden threat, lurking in the shadows, seeks to overthrow Jack Skellington and turn all of the realms to chaos.
Okay, this Idea just wasn't leaving me alone, so over the course of two evenings, I scribbled this down. (I also managed to kill not one, but two mechanical pencils!) R.I.P piece of crap mechanical pencils.
Anyways, I wanted to do the cartoon style of Beetlejuice with just more of that Keaton edge. Even though this variant of Beej is considerably friendlier, Michael Keaton said so himself that "Beetlejuice WILL fuck you up!" He's a poltergeist; an exceptionally powerful undead fiend. I wanted that sinister nature to come through. (Plus I love that ratty-ass guide outfit!)
This is part of something that I've already begun drafting on paper, a fic series where Lydia becomes Beetlejuice's warlock and he is her patron, (after an unintentional pact is made.) Besides, if anyone would have the aptitude for Necromancy, I think it would be Lydia. I mean, my girl summons a ghost on the regular.
Among my current ideas are how the pact is made, Lydia realizing that SHE'S doing stranger and unusual things while Beetlejuice is unaware that he's giving her these abilities, and then something involving accidentally summoning a zombie apocalypse in Peaceful Pines... I swear this all sounds better in my head.
This was a ton of fun to work on and my hand is a mess!
