Hi Silver! Thank you so much, dear, I’m happy you like them! 💖 I normally use Photoshop CC 2018, it’s such a great software! Also, this new version comes in really handy when it comes to cropping (especially if you’re fussy like me lol). And it offers you several tutorials, which is great if you’re a beginner. Hope this was helpful 💖

😍 What is your favourite fic trope? -> Hurt/Comfort, hands down, there is no competition. But always more comfort than hurt and please, for the love of everything, give me the fluffiest happy ending imaginable. (But sometimes I’m in the mood for kink and then my AO3 history gets really depraved. Consensual is basically my only requirement then. Sometimes not even that. I still weep over that one sh kink meme fill that is 40+ pages and never got finished.)

🏆 What do you wish more authors in your fandom would write about? -> Stephen’s trauma. There is so much focus on Tony, especially after Civil War, that I’m totally burned out on that. Give me Stephen’s problems and nightmares. Give me Tony’s other trauma - the kidnapping, the body modification, the dying of palladium poisoning, anything but Civil War. I want to read about how fucking scary it is for Tony when he sees astral!Stephen floating above his unmoving body for the first time. Does he think his lover has died in his sleep? I want Tony telling Stephen about the feeling of having an electromagnet shoved into his chest and how much it hurt. It want Tony to speak about dying because of the very thing that keeps his heart from being pierced by metal shards. I want the after effects of extremis adressed. I want Stephen telling Tony about his various operations and how they fucked up everything even more in the long run. About how much he regrets them. That’s much more interesting than Tony seeing Steve again. For me at least. Which is why Fires That Burn on the Horizon is written like it is. Sorry for the rant.

🤢 Who is your NoTP? -> Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. (Written like this it shouldn’t show up in any tags, right? I don’t like it but I don’t want to annoy people who do.) I never even saw a true friendship between those two, let alone more. Waited for it in the first Avengers movie, since it was hyped up since long before that, but it wasn’t there for me. But it never came. I always saw rivalry and only the barest surface illusion of friendship for appearance sake. I was so sad, because I wanted a great partner for Tony with a lot of content in the fandom. Then Ironstrange crashed into my life like the Hulk into the Sanctum and here we are.

💕 Headcanon: 

Tony and Stephen are not… the best babysitters. 

When Pepper and Hope (this is my otp in an ironstrange universe, don’t ask me why) entrust them with their daughter for the first time, it’s a Big Deal.

Tony had been pestering Pepper about watching her little one-year-old daughter for months, but Pepper always insisted that Tony didn’t have enough experience yet. 

But when their usual babysitter (May) has to cancel on them last minute and they haven’t had a date night in what feels like ages, they finally cave.

WITH the stipulation that Stephen has to help– because he’s a doctor and generally responsible, so he can keep Tony in line, right?

Wrong

While Stephen is a doctor and usually can keep Tony on the straight-and-narrow, he actually has even less experience with babies than Tony and finds the whole situation to be stressful

And when Stephen gets stressed, he tries to take control of the situation

But he and Tony can’t agree on anything

“No, Dr. Killjoy, we can’t put her to bed yet. It’s only 7. There’s still time to take her down to the lab and try out that new baby bouncer I made her.”

“7 is a perfectly reasonable time for anyone to go to bed when they’ve been dealing with you all day. And we are absolutely not taking her anywhere near your lab– she’s only 13 months old, Tony. That place is dangerous for a grown man, let alone an infant.”

“Fine. Then I’ll bring it up here for her to play.”

“… When you say baby bouncer, you don’t mean the anti-gravity mat you’ve been working on, do you?”

“… Anti-gravity is fun for all ages, Stephen. I made one for us too.”

“TonY, NO!!”

You get the idea.

A lot of thinly veiled flirting disguised by bickering.

And it is during one such argument that they momentarily misplace little baby JJ (again, I don’t know, but it’s cute. It’s short for Janet Junior or something, okay? )

Tony panics, because he knows Pepper and he knows that he’s dead the moment she finds out that her daughter left his sight for even a second.

Hope is even scarier because she has wings and can shrink, so he doesn’t even want to THINK about what she would do to him.

Stephen is calm, rational and methodical in his search for the kid while Tony tears the entire house apart looking for her. 

Eventually they hear giggling coming from the movie room and find Peter holding a very happy JJ while they watch Finding Nemo.

“Oh, hey guys. Mrs. Potts asked me to stop by and keep an eye on things. JJ seemed to be getting kind of cranky while you guys were debating the benefits of playing Mozart to babies while they’re in the womb, so I decided to distract her for a bit.”

“…” 

“… How long have you been here, Pete?”

“Pretty much the whole time. But I wanted to let you guys do your own thing for a while.”

“… Are you going to tell Pepper?”

“Not if you watch the movie with us.” 

They do, with only minor grumbling about not being trusted to do the simplest things.

They go to bed that night, after Hope and Pepper pick up JJ and remain blissfully unaware of their shenanigans, and they think about when they should have their own kids.

Stephen suggests they talk it over with Peter first, and when Tony asks why he just says “Well, it makes sense to discuss it with our other child first, doesn’t it?”

Tony gets chocked up, but agrees. 

They make plans to talk to Peter the next day.
