Re-introduction
Hello, writeblr community! My name is Lay Silver! But you can just call me Lay.
So I'm re branding my entire blog, so new pen name, new username, and a clean slate. I just deleted all of my previous posts and reblogs because I wanted to start over and declutter. I've been growing unhappy with my blog as of late and felt that starting clean might be good for me.
Anyway, as of now I'm 17 (turning 18 in December) and I'll be a high school senior next year, whoo! I'm demisexual, just recently figured that out. (All the aces are welcome here, let's be friends.)
Um...I like the bands/groups Twenty One Pilots, BTS, Stray Kids, Blackpink, and Tomorrow By Together.
I have one main wip called The Seventh Study.
Avalon has endured seven years of medical studies on her. She's isolated, only interacting with her doctors. As the seventh study begins, a new patient arrives, Jaemin, whom Avalon finds strikingly familiar. Yet she can't quite place it due to her not remembering the faces and names of her past. In the midst of the seventh study, Avalon and Jaemin face many conflicts of cruelty against them and Avalon awakens a powerful ability she has to learn to control. With the help of the rebellion brewing underneath the country of New Haven, will Avalon and Jaemin escape their tormentors? Will Avalon be able to master her ability without alerting the doctors and scientists watching them?
I also have four other side wips: The Legend's Frail, an urban fantasy based off of the lost city of Atlantis; The Hydden Collection, a collection of short stories based off of my home county; The Light of Faeran, a sci-fi fantasy story where two best friends Jennie and Luke get sucked into their favorite video game The Light of Faeran; and a fantasy story that I haven't named yet with witches, werewolves, vampires, faeries, and more.
I hope to introduce my other wips and talk more about The Seventh Study.
