I was re-reading an old favourite of mine (Silverwing) and I just loved Goth. He was such a genius villain with the way he manipulated Shade and Throbb and a bit Marina too. I’m looking for the sequel because I need to read more of this series. I get why I liked it so much when I was younger.

Fanfictional indulgence with Goth from "Silverwing" the TV show.

While I love his design in the books, I also love how actual spectral bats looks irl. Just fluffy little dragons! So his new coloration is based more on their real coloring, not the book's design. Not that I don't love book Goth! Honestly, he's one of the BEST more modern book villains in my opinion, and fan art for book Goth is amazing.
