I’ve spent the last week recoloring items, organizing CAS items, recoloring hairs (I’ve almost eradicated that awful red color and changed every blonde) only to discover that I need to go back and change a swatch color on say 2000 hairs and eyebrows because I reused a hex code 🥺

I learned how to recoloring fireplaces and doors because a lovely set I downloaded didn’t have the combinations I wanted. Which naturally led me to redoing all my overrides. Which led me to changing the grey hair swatch to something that works better on darker skins.

Also I played a little bit. I actually had fun with generation 5 instead of posing. Basically I’m saying I’ve been doing sim things but putting together the next post didn’t make it.

I’m struggling because I’m replaying generation 4 to fill in story blanks while playing generation 5 and I’m actually enjoying it. And enjoying writing but it’s all so messy I’m not actually managing to package it up for the blog. Part of me what’s to just post it and share but I know I’ll look back and not be happy with it.

At this time when everyone is burnt out I wish I had more to give but I haven’t (and they have us going back in the office next week) but I just wanted to say I’m not done. I have Eve’s whole story I WILL share and her kid(s) stories and I will be here until they pry this broken game from my cold dead fingers and shut down this forsaken app.

Hi. So I’m 32 now.

Yep. My birthday was last Monday.  Was on the 12th. Forgot to post about it online. Didn’t really want to make a big deal about it anyway.

I got Pokémon Snap and Pikmin 3 Deluxe for my bday. Been playing them both, but mostly Pikmin. Pokémon Snap tends to give me motion sickness. Anyway, my Pikmin are idiots. Seriously. They drown themselves. 

As for anything else, casino job rejected me despite all the positive signs. Was bummed about that. The counselor I saw wasn’t very helpful so I had straighten my own crap out. Eventually I’ll explore therapy one day, but for now I can survive.

Ok now if I only I can turn my game on. That would be a start.

In my previous post I mentioned a side story. This will be a short story that will eventually tie into the next phase of my main story (The College Years). With completely different characters. The story/script is already completely written so it’ll be posted daily. I’m so excited to play with new characters. Like I said before I have played with The Richards for a long time. Almost 5 years to be exact and I’ve become bored.

My friend is the author so the tone and language of this short story will be nothing like the stuff I write. I hope y’all enjoy it. I think she’s an amazing writer with creative ideas.

It’ll be around the end of the month; beginning of November before it’s posted. Maybe even longer based on the way I procrastinate. Lol! I’ll give y’all a heads up before.

which sims games you have played (including mobile games): My dad was firmly against any console which wasn’t nintendo (no idea why,maybe they had him sign a paper?? who knows) so i only played the My sims saga. Plus the mobile ones. I never got really interested in it until around 2015?
