Vacation with the Pierce kids.
Bright is returned and Apple gets an invite to Geena’s birthday party.
Kehlani came over to see Elijah and Ryden came along for the visit. Elijah is a bit erratic and Ryden never knows how to respond with anything but anger. Kehlani thought she could be a little bit of a reasonable voice for them and the other kids. Their mom was such a pivotal part of their lives. She was the glue.
Time with Mama. Maple was so busy with work and the kids and she missed being able to cook and chat with her mama.
Elijah went over to talk to one of his older brothers, Peyton. Their mom, Apple, was not doing well. She had been to the doctor and Apple assured Elijah that all was fine. He could tell she has been sad though. Since dad passed, Apple never has been the same. Elijah really wanted his siblings to come around more and at least visit her. Let her know that she is not forgotten. Of course, Peyton was the gentle and attentive ear that Elijah needed.
Visiting the folks. Adonis hadn’t seen his mom or youngest sibling since he came back. He shared some of the things he was working on and so did his brother.

After hanging out all weekend, Elijah decided to get some things handled for the week. He cleaned up the house, gave Bright a sponge bath, and made a special area in memory of his parents (Enele and Apple). The kids made a plan to have a memorial at the house. Hopefully, everyone will show up and they can get together like they used to for family dinners. Elijah didn’t get to experience the family dinners because everyone was grown with kids by the time he was growing up.
