Tragedy happens every day but you don’t really expect it to impact your life until it does. My life had been ordinary with loving parents and an annoying younger brother. We were a typical suburban family with a nice house, big backyard and dog. But that all changed the year my brother died unexpectedly. He wasn’t sick, he didn’t waste away, he was just ... suddenly gone. No longer in our life and leaving a vast blank space where he’d once been.

Dad tried so valiantly to pull her out of it but even he couldn’t do anything but try and support her. The care of my youngest brother fell to us and a nanny dad had hired -though Miguel wasn’t the only charge in her care. More times than not, the nanny made sure mom had at least eaten the bare minimum that day in order to survive.

Meet the Martinez family (premade by EA). When I accidentally uninstalled Sims 4 a few months back (it involved the toddler and her instant on pushing keys on my laptop when I'm not looking) I reinstalled and didn't have any of my save files.

Soo I started a new one but wasn't sure what I wanted to do. So I started the Parental Predicament scenario which then spiraled into a rotational style gameplay that I'm actually enjoying.

So we have little Sofia.

And little Leonardo.

I don't have many pics of them before they aged into teens. I was just kind of piddling before story stuff got involved. But they were both mean as hell. lol
