The Kings Birthday

Happy 65th Birthday to His Majesty! The King and Members of The Royal Family joined together on the balcony of Staden Palace to watch the Savarian Royal Air Force perform a fly-past earlier today to mark the end of The King’s birthday parade, also known as Trooping The Color. 

This morning, The King alongside Commanding Officer Theodore Engham inspected the entire Household Division of the Savarian Army. The inspection of the Troops on a monarch's birthday has been a standing tradition since the late 1800’s. The Troop then gave His Majesty a Royal Salute before The King and Members of The Royal Family departed the Defense Office for the flypast at Staden Palace

Elvira: Henrik? My darling, what are you doing in here? Everyone is making their way into the dining room, lunch is going to be ready soon..

Henrik: Hm? Oh, right yes of course I’ll be right there..

Elvira: Is everything alright? Did something happen? 

Henrik: No no nothing happened it’s just..I wish she could be here.

Elvira: [sigh] I know Ricky..one day she’ll be able to join us, you just need to give it time.

Henrik: I gave it time before and look what happened! She’s my family El. I basically tossed her to the dogs and now look at what happened. She lives in exile essentially. 

Elvira: How her life panned out is not your fault. She chose to marry into..whatever that was. One day she’ll be able to rejoin society but for now both of you just have to ride this out. Rest easy knowing that she is somewhere safe and being taken care of, all thanks to you. You’ve done your part, now just wait for the right moment to..expose her whereabouts.

Henrik: God..the kids are going to be so beyond angry with me. I should have just told them sooner. 

Elvira: You can’t help who you’re related to Ricky. They’ll understand that. You did what you had to do to help her. Our kids may not always get along with each other but they understand how family works, and would do the same thing if one of their siblings was in the same position. 

Henrik: Well, I don’t think Alexandra and Greta would help each other, they hate one another [chuckle] 

Elvira: You know what I mean Ricky, when it comes down to it, family helps family. Our family will understand, and in time the country will understand that as well. 

Henrik: I think I should tell Alexandra and William first..they’re the most level headed ones. 

Elvira: Leave Alexandra alone until after she has the baby, she couldn’t even come today because she wasn’t feeling good and this news definitely isn’t what she needs right now. It won’t be too long now. 

Henrik: I suppose you’re right..i’ll hold off on that then. I think I'm going to go see her tonight, would you like to come? We could stay overnight at the cabin in Tindra, it’s not far from where we’re keeping her. 

Elvira: I’d love to, we can bring her leftovers from lunch. Speaking of which, we should really rejoin the rest of the family. I bet they’re starving and you know how they all get when they’re hungry. [chuckle]
