I’ve aways depended on the kindness of strangers, but thankfully I knew this guy and was lucky enough to find a tape sitting in singer Elliot Raphael, and Ms Flex’s lounge room. This set was filmed upstairs at The Tote around 2am, filmed by a lovely man named Hugh Maher - also known for his latex skills and overall charm. 

From the city of yawns, SIMFUCKERS play ripping fucked up hardcore punk. These guys must have skipped church and instead worshipped YDI, SICK THINGS and ICEHOUSE... Yes, Icehouse. Elliot behind the microphone is like a hot jar of chutney pulled out of boiling water. I love it. 

You get what you deserve.
