alison insists on having terry by her side because she's her friend :(
to really prove she's not saying it casually, dazzler fires madrox from her team π€

alison and terry are good friends
dazzler did canonically kick a man out of her team and instead hire a woman (earth 65 based spider-gwen smash comic: she fires rick jones and hires emjay watson into her uncut gems band)
