The photo booth was a hit with Ron and Betje! They loved snapping pictures on the Polaroid camera and writing good luck messages for the bride & groom, to stick in the guestbook.

Nope. It’s not an item. It’s walls + windows (by cyclonesue I believe).

Heheh, I think I literally got everything from TSR. There’s not much outfits for actual toddler age though. To me Angie is about 3-4, but most toddler stuff I see on Tumblr is for newborns and babies.

I really love that your aesthetic remains consistent throughout the TS4,3,2 games!

I’m trying my best! I used to play TS2 for years, so I guess you can call it ‘canon’ version, since I remade my OC’s as sims in TS2 first. With TS3 it took awhile to get them to the point where I like them. With TS4 it was easier, but I found it a bit too overwhelming in terms of storytelling, so I’m giving it time for now.

Aww, thank you, guys! I resaved and cloned the sim about 6 times to reset sliders (thanks to @lyrea to reminding me about that). So each time I could edit her face a bit more. She still needs proper makeup and there’s a seam in her skin I need to fix too, but with TS2 it’s mostly about the skins for me. So I started with making a skinblend and then making a sim face to ‘fit’ the skin. She has no genetic makeup on, aside from eyes.

The complex rules of the Fontaine family!

I wouldn’t really call them complex, rather the good old-fashioned family rules :3 It’s surely similar stuff I’m personally used to, seeing that with a big family you are always part of a family image, so when someone is an asshole, his action will affect anyone, which is why you still have to keep an eye on them whether you like them or not. There’s also such thing as disowning people, when a family member is forced to give up all his heritage rights and take another surname (at least this is how it’s handled in my family), but that’s a rare case scenario.

that is an interesting concept of enjoying remorse as well, it reminds me of drawing energy from opposing ideas in one's mind and to ignore a feeling or an emotion does not make it go away, but to actually feel it, live it, now that sometimes creates something within a person. I rambled, it reminded me of poem I once read and I wish I remembered who wrote it or the title, even.

As someone who had hard times with feelings when I was younger, I learned to appreciate both the good and the bad. People often confuse feelings with emotion, to me emotion is rather momentary reaction to something, that I have, sometimes a bit too much of that, but deeper feelings, that’s a whole another thing. So I came to believe that even agony, remorse and sadness can have it’s own beauty...
