Something something something

Raymond and Ethan are basically young in love. They buy and apartment together, that's basically officially theirs unless they tell the owners other wise. They make love, they kiss. The leave their marks over that apartment.

30 months later. One KIA. One somehow alive. Against all odds.

He returns. Finds everything painted with now sad memories. Those kisses now something he could've cherished more, something he could've DONE more. Yet like before he failed.

Now he sleeps on a couch because he can't bare to himself to the untouched bed that he sees his love in everynight. Trying to warm him into the sweet thought that he was still there. Even though if he laid his life down again his heart would be ripped out and left on the battlefield to be battered the many times it was in the past.

Days in the bars, fake therapy, calls. He was back. Back to the fimilar schedule. Back to seeing the face he latched himself onto because there was no other.

Now he's in his bed. The bed his lover once laid in. Does he remind you of him? Does he kiss you the same way? Does he fuck you the same way he did?

Does he plan to lay his life out for you, the way HE did? Children? Warmth? Something is missing.
