Last night, I couldn’t decide whether to use the @gristandtoll flour for cookies or homemade bread. Well...I ended up having enough to make both! Yippee! I first was just going to make a Dutch oven loaf of bread, which needs 24 hours proof. When I was cleaning up, I realized there was 2 cups of flour left over, which was just enough to make these crazy, chocolatey cookies that are dripping with melted chocolate and topped with sea salt.
