Have you heard about Vietnamese spring rolls with a lot of fresh herbs and vegetable? If so, you should try them out. Today I just make my own fitness rolls from the rice paper which people often make spring rolls. The idea of this recipe is just to show you how you can easily make your own healthy meal for takeaway or family dinner.
Ingredients:
400 grams of chicken breast
BBQ sauce
Baked crispy polenta
Friedtofu
Asparagus
Green or hard mango
Red paprika
Kale
Soy sauce
Ground flax seed
First, you marinate the chicken with BBQ sauce and simple grill them until the outside get nicely brown colour. Then steam the asparagus to soften level.
Next slice fried tofu, asparagus, kale, mango into thin slices
Then you can start with rolling time! :D
For the dipping sauce, I use 2 table spoons of soy sauce, 1 table spoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tb spoon of water, some grape seed oil and some sriracha.
