AUBERGINE
Grown in sussex!!
I've been eating like an aubergine a day I dont know whats making me want them so much but if they are growing them in my county they must be in season.
Organic and so delicious, just grilled with a lil bit of soy sauce.
Theres been several arguments between me my Italian friend and house mate and my mother about, salting and blotting the aubergine first, I dont feel its all that necessary but each to their own.
