Today I got an unexpected letter in the mail. I didn't think much of it until I realized that it was from one of my favorite blogs from Tumblr who sent it. On that yellowed-lined piece of paper was a sweet message. It brightened up my day and encouraged me to keep going on. Whoever asked simplewritings to write me, thank you. One day you seemed different. You didn’t need me to fill the vacancy between your arms at night. You didn’t need the pain or remorse as you set me free. And I bet you don’t even need the words I’m writing. But I still revisit the memory of your eyes and the fire that fuels them locked safely in my mind, to remind me once you loved me too.

She’s totally my Internet twin and I’ve grown to enjoy her. I’ve gotten so many handwritten letters of encouragement from her. Her heart is so pure and caring.
