I really wanted to write a Kanye lyric, but then I realized I have a reputation to uphold. Kind of. 😂

Or, things I shouldn't post.
I have (sort of) kept up with my September blurb journal, and I’m kind of proud of myself for it. I’m practicing for blogging during my adventures in Korea. Sadly, though, I don’t really have anything to report on but my love woes and my hatred of work. But hey, this thing could get more interesting.... ;)
Or, things I shouldn't post.
I did another dumb thing that no one cares about and starting a journal blog.
Mostly because I want to write about personal things over the next few months as I deal with adult shit and moving to Korea, BUT I don’t want to lose a paper journal.
So follow or don’t. Have a nice day. :)
I've had an awesome day so far. Trouble-free drive home from Richmond, cavity-free checkup from the dentist, and I found out I made the Dean's List, President's List and received a Dean's Award for spring semester.
Yaaaaaayyyyyy. :D
People are up in arms about Ubisoft's comments on female characters but as a female gamer, I could literally not care any less.
Don't get me wrong; I LOVE video games. I recognize and see their present worth and potential benefits. My senior thesis was over globalization and video games, for heaven's sake. But I also recognize that there are about 590823 real world problems that are worth my time and energy rather than getting butthurt about a video game. Was it a shitty thing for them to try to rationalize it like that? Probably, but come on. Grow up and move on.
Would any of my friends on here be interested in being pen pals? I'm talking snail mail with pretty handwriting (or pretty awful, in my case). I don't care if you're in-state or not. Though if you're in a different country, we still can, it can just be a little expensive after a bit. Haha.
I have the cutest old mailbox at school that only gets academic letters and boring junk and would love to have a little something from people I actually care about (read, you). If you wanna, awesome! Just message me or catch me on Twitter or something. If not, have a good day, and thanks for reading, dearest. :)
Here's to a new year full of you doing exactly the same thing as you did last year because humans are creatures of habit.
Enjoy!
Today I finally bought a quiver and more arrows, and I was so excited to use them when we got home from Louisville, but then it got dark and then it started raining and then it was 10pm, and I went to a friend's house and watched the MMA fight where Silva snapped his leg, and I'm just sad because I'm now emotionally scarred from it when all I wanted to do was practice with my new things.
*GASP*
