Daisy Jardin - townie makeover

let's remember main Barbie & Ken of Sims - Daisy and Dino from 'Romantic Garden Stuff' pack.

Barbie's looks from movie are not my only one inspiration. I tried to bring aesthetic from old 'Miss Dior Cherie' commercial directed by Sofia Coppola and vibes of young Brigitte Bardot (fun fact: Bardot was a reference for Bild Lilli doll, on wich Barbie doll was based).

I think light pastel pallet, lots of skirts and dresses in a wardrobe, girly elements, like ribbons and frills - are a good way to show Romantic and Cheerful nature of Daisy. Because she's a perfectionist - NO to messy hair or tacky siluets. And of corse plenty of flowers for one of the most beautiful flower in the garden!

So I accidentally went on a mini hiatus I guess? But I’m still here. I had some irl photo sessions that I have to edit, so edits here may be spotty. HOWEVER, not many of you know I do builds, and I restarted my Barbie save. So I gave her a house not as outrageous because the old game would not run. I also moved her family into their own house, so that it was even less so. I thought the pictures would be perfect to share, and that y’all may enjoy. Okay, I’m done rambling. P.S. Along with sim requests I do build requests as well!

The Sims 4 Barbie Challenge!

While playing the Sims 4, with my Barbie inspired Sims, I thought of an amazing new challenge that both simmers and Barbie fans alike can enjoy! Barbie, as we know, is a very successful career woman, holding over 50 jobs according to the official Barbie Wikipedia and other Barbie-related sources. She’s represented pretty much every job known to humankind, from Fashion Designer to Astronaut!

The “Barbie Challenge” is basically taking your through EVERY career in the Sims 4 and reaching level 10 (the highest rank) and continuing this until you’ve mastered each job. There are only a couple rules to the challenge but most importantly it’s for fun!

Rules:

Sim must fully complete career (reach level 10) before moving on to the next one. 💼

Sim must keep at least 1 momento from the career rewards and place in household (think like the collection challenges) 🏆

Sim DOES NOT have to be Barbie; Sims can (and should) be anything and anyone simmers want! Anything is possible! 💖
