Townies for Riverblossom Hills
If you use anyone’s fixed/clean templates you’ll notice that they come without townies. Some people prefer it like that and some don’t. So I made this. This works on the same system that @mikexx2‘s townie pools work(HERE).
You get an empty subhood with four families in the family bin(30 Sims), extracted from the original game(All the names, zodiac signs, personality points are same from the original. I changed couple of broken faces). With no skills, jobs, secondary aspirations and no gender preferences, so you can match your play style. You’ll need to make them into townies your self(so names are not randomized), with “The Teleporter Cat” or “Sim Blender Here Or Here”

How to use:
Load Riverblossom Hills(or any other hood)
Add a shopping district
Choose RH Townies
Feel free to delete the subhood after adding it
Now towniefy all the sims
Run HoodChecker
Run Age Correct
