COZY HOME LIGHTING MOD

Cozy Home is a lighting mod for the Sims 2 that was borne out of experimenting with different lighting mods and cherry-picking which features I liked in all of them, including sims 2 vanilla lighting. 

The result is a lighting mod built from the ground-up from vanilla Maxis files and slowly adding in things I liked from other lighting mods.

JDSS - Future Ghost Eyes

Hullo! About a month ago I was super hyperfocused on sims 2, but that kinda faded before I managed to actually get these previews finished (I wanted to add text and stuff to make em look Fancy) and executive dysfunction then got in the way... So Imma just throw these out there.

The name comes from the fact that I used the sims 4 colour palette for the custom eye colours, and the highlight style used to be popular a few years ago in the sims 4 space, so its like... Inspired from several different sims eras all mixed up. So, it comes with:

Defaults (plus alien)

Custom versions of the default colours - which you don't need if you use the defaults

And 20 custom colours inspired by the sims 4 eye colour palette, including a falien swatch (do we still call them that?)

I have no idea how to make things gen/town, so just custom and defaults for now. Enjoy!

Undercut Mohawk (4t2) for Male Teens

Heya!

This is a conversion of the Undercut Mohawk hair from "The Sims 4: Island Living" to The Sims 2, although with the textures edited a bit.

Unlike the original hair, where the sides are somewhat shaved, this version has hair on the sides. This was achieved by copying and pasting the hair texture on top of itself several times, "growing" the shaved hair. This came about because I was unable to properly fit the shaved version into the TS2 head mesh. It looked weird.

The hair is available only for male teens, and features the four basic colours. To install, simply drop the folder into your TS2 Downloads folder.

Nouveau Arts & Crafts Style Home | Sims 2 Lot Download

This tan brick home built on a 2x2 lot has Art Nouveau and Craftsman-style elements and looks like it could fit in to an older, upscale neighborhood.

It reminds me of some of the older, nicer homes in a resort town not far from where I live.

The back of the lot has a small patio with a grill and picnic table perfect for summer dining. This home comes lightly furnished, but there are plenty of places to add personal touches.

First floor: Office, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bonus room.

Second floor: Master bedroom, bathroom, half-bathroom, and 2nd bedroom

I’ve run this lot through the Lot Compressor and the Lot Cleaner so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I also added a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 🌟
