Fiesta Cubes - Dorm - 16 Rooms

Hello all. I've made this lot a long time ago for the university round. It has 16 rooms and on a big lot. It is a bit laggy to play in but I really like the architecture in this one.

This is not a cc free lot. I strongly recommend using  Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer to install this lot and for all your other lot and sim installs in Sims 2.

All the cc used are linked in my resources page. Let me know if you see something I've used but not listed there and I will add it!

Spooky Hill [Creepy CC-Free Neighbourhood with Custom Scripting]

Information

Spooky Hill is my (very early) Halloween gift to you! If you love all things spooky scary and enjoy playing with supernatural Sims, I have the perfect neighbourhood for you. This is a small, 6 household hood with plenty of creepy and abandoned lots ready for you to boot up and explore.

This is a completely CC-free neighbourhood, but since I have the Ultimate Collection, you must own all of the EP’s and SP’s in order for the hood to function as intended. You do not need a camera mod to play the neighbourhood.

Spooky Hill also has custom scripting! I recommend playing the families in the order they appear in the neighbourhood story for the best experience, but it's not entirely necessary. The file for scripted events is included in the neighbourhood folder. Once you've played through every household, you can delete the file. Doing so is completely safe!

There are 30 townies in total ranging from children to adults. For the sake of consistency, I’ve allowed some NPC’s to generate so they’ll mostly be the same in everyone’s game.

While completely safe to do so, I don’t recommend resurrecting deceased Sims. They lack information living Sims in the neighbourhood have, such as skills, memories and hobby enthusiasm.

Recommended Mods

Please note that the following mods are optional, but strongly recommended for a better gameplay experience:

Sims won't be able to water certain flowers because of their location, so using Water Inaccessible Flowers will be a huge help when taking care of the Sims' gardens!

Same issue as above! The Trim Inaccessible Bushes mod will make it so Sims can trim bushes regardless of where they are located.

There is a Sim employed in the Law Enforcement career, so getting the Playable Cops mod will prevent the game from spawning a random police NPC and use the playable instead.

Better Apartment Residences is especially recommended if you only want the custom townies to rent the apartments. Without this mod, random townies will spawn!

Another great apartment mod is Rent Furnished Apartments! The motel is already furnished so using this mod will prevent you from having to do it yourself.

Because I’ve placed objects on some dining tables, they may be rendered unusable in a vanilla game. The Centerpiece Enabler will fix this and Sims will be able to use the dining table without issue!

I have play-tested the neighbourhood as thoroughly as I can to ensure hood is as clean and as functional as possible, but if you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to let me know and I’ll get it fixed.

WARNING Long post ahead!! So i finally got around to finishing Pleasantview in sims 4! i’m so proud that i finally filled up the whole neighbourhood and to show you the pics of how it turned out!

A view of the whole neighbourhood. it includes: 6 houses with households 8 Empty houses for your sims to live in 7 community lots - The households: A picture of all the households togheter since i already posted them individually on my tumblr. I included all the original Pleasantview families, bin families and 2 NPC’s. All the families will have relationships, Skills, Careers like they had in sims 2, some things that are a bit different: - Darren and Cassandra both have a crush on eachother since sims 4 doesnt have a one side system (not that i know of atleast) -Dustin won’t have a criminal career since we dont have that in the game -Both Skip and Darleen their ghosts are still bound to their urn/grave, you can release them if you want or bring them back to life. the choice is yours!

- The town Some emty houses for your sims to live in:

Community Lots the neighbourhood has 1 Shopping district 1 Restaurant 1 Pool 1 Big park and 1 Small kid park 1 Library 1 generic lot The generic lot consist of two empty trashed trailers, this lot you can either change back to residental and rebuild to its former glorie. Or and this is why i orginally build it, use it as an run away place for some troubled teens in the neighbourhood. (it has an fridge, a bed and a toilet if you want to play it for the run away teens.)

Download the neighbourhood isn’t ready for download yet. since i emptied all the neighbourhoods it is still to empty for my taste to post online. I am looking for test players though, so for the people who really want to play this first version of the safe message me!
