Has anyone else ever heard of the supposed existence of a Sims 3 Store complete merge including bugfixes and stuff? I remember reading about it, but I've literally never found it and I'm starting to think the OP was exaggerating a tinnnny bit 👀

Sims 3 Store Review
Sims 3 Store Review
The Complete Castle by Castle Kits, Inc. as sold by the Sims 3 store costs 693 sims points. The set comes with 19 build/buy objects, ranging from wall segments, doors, windows, and tower caps. I was craving some medieval themed challenges, so I purchased the set. This post is partly a throwback to Sims 3, and a consumer advisory for anyone looking for some medieval sets through the Sims 3 store.
First of all, this set does not work like it is supposed to. Instead of having the castle wall as part of the wallpaper section, each wall piece is classified as a column or a decorative piece. This may not sound particularly alarming at first, but this makes it difficult to build castles because the walls are not built to stick together. Instead you have to use the move objects cheat to move the items past their preset boundaries. After doing this, you can actually build a presentable looking castle, but that is where the functionality stops. Since the castle walls aren't officially considered walls, it is impossible for the castle walls to drop down during live play. Without drop-down walls, living in the castle is extremely tedious and irritating.
While the functionality of the set is poor at best, some of the doors and windows are still usable.
After my initial disappointment, I decided to build a castle with what materials I had from previous expansions. I used fencing and half-walls to produce the buttresses. I used a lot of materials from the World Adventures expansion pack, and I used some medieval furniture to create a certain aesthetic. I had planned to use the castle for the Opposite Princess challenge, but I haven't really gotten around to it yet. I dressed my sims in medieval attire that was part of a set from the store. Images of the castle build are posted below.
